My Story & Approach
After years of yo-yo dieting, trial and error (or injury) workouts, and lack of sufficient relief with mental health battles, I took a step back and re-evaluated everything: my relationship with food, exercise habits, and wellness practices.
In 2021, I decided to invest in my knowledge of the physical body and become a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Simultaneously, I started to dedicate more time to practicing yoga at home - both the physical and philosophical practices. And I started therapy!

Little did I know, my entire life had been changed from these decisions. I found relief and understanding of both my mind and body. The inspiration to share tools I found helpful with others turned into my mission.
In 2024, I received my 200-HR Yoga Teacher Certification through YogaRenew while working at Flow House Yoga, and am currently working on my 300-HR.

I believe that exercise, fitness, and wellness should be interesting, exploratory, and exciting. One of the most empowering connections you can have is the one with your own body and mind!

Hi! I'm the founder of Rooted Movement. My goal is to empower clients with tools to lead resilient and balanced lives. Currently, I'm teaching at Flow House Yoga and offering private 1:1 and small group training sessions.
