This guide was created for those who struggle with their energy levels. There is a variety of workouts that I’ve put together to fit a spectrum of needs. All workouts will be about 20 minutes if you choose to use the provided format, 100% floor-based or standing – minimal change in orientation. The floor workouts are able to be done from the comfort of your bed or my personal favorite, the couch. No equipment necessary!
